H Y - You're saying I didn't hear what I heard? I sat right in the spot I'm sitting in right now, with the television on and tuned to CNN because Fox News was out that day for whatever reason, and listened to Obama say this during a phone interview. I'm sure you can find it on YouTube.

Color of skin is only pigment in skin to change the hue or color. And how is he considered black at all?His mother is white from midwest kansas i think, dads from middle-east iran  so how does this make him black! The comment typical white person doesn't bother me just depends on what your own perception of " typical white means" I'm going to decide on issue not any thing else.I wish more people would do  the same!

Obama has racist friends, but I haven't observed an iota of racism in him personally.  He's far too polite for that.
