i need help!....okay...yesterday i ate....tomato soup...1 bowl....- 150 kcalsthen i ate like the bits on a chicken carcus...calamari (1 bowl)...it was made in like a tomato sauce....and loads of salad right....and like 3 pecan nuts....and....thats it!!....why do i feel so bloated...even today!!!...and i feel like iv put on like 23094029834 pounds of weight on!...
