i need help!....okay...yesterday i ate....

tomato soup...1 bowl....- 150 kcals

then i ate like the bits on a chicken carcus...calamari (1 bowl)...it was made in like a tomato sauce....and loads of salad right....and like 3 pecan nuts....and....thats it!!....why do i feel so bloated...even today!!!...and i feel like iv put on like 23094029834 pounds of weight on!...

  1. u probably havent eaten that much in a while, its ok u didnt eat that much!!

    go for a walk/run or do some exercise it should make u feel better =D
