Question:

Was it normal to be that emotional?

We've been TTC for 8 months. I was due for AF on the 31st. Well on the 27th I was watching a movie. And out of no where I was crying my eyes out. I've seen the movie a million times, but for some reason I was balling my eyes out. Then I got AF on the 29th.

I'm never early, and never emotional. When I'm getting close, I normally just get really bad pains. This time I had no warning at all. It just came.

Why do you think that is? Just a fluke?

(I've had a period for 7 years now, and this is the first time it was like that. (Me getting so emotional and with no warning))

  1. Absolutely normal indeed :) Often, our hormones can influence the way we feel, even if it isn't usual for you to cry or feel emotional at random times. Have you been under any sorts of stress or change in your life just lately? Even being tired can affect how our period comes and how we feel too. It is probably just a "fluke" and your period is still considered regular for coming 2 days early.

Don't worry! Hormones can do crazy things!
