Was it not a mistake and short sighted ness of J.L Nehru to introduce the reservation system in India.?

The Gujjars demand cann't be undermined because it is the ploiticians (The bunch of rots) who introduced it in early 50is. Now, a day is not far off while the Brahmins would also place their demends for the same cause. And more precipitating to us, the tribals and the those anti nationals who figures the largest population in J&K enjoyes the most in our country out of the wealth of I Tax accumulated by the nation from the payors like us and also attributes the nation with newer ways and means of separetisam.

The question is darned right. But the point to ponder is whether we are just in criticizing the wisdom of our ancestors in hindsight? Nehru did not bid us to renew reservation till infinity. Have we, as a nation, not matured after 60 years of independence? When will we start behaving and thinking like rational human beings.

Reservation is yet another tool to fool the ignorant masses. On the one hand the Govt. is talking about downsizing the staff and on the other talking about making more jobs available to some communities - and poor guys start believing the govt and fighting not only among themselves but also holding the entire nation to ransom.

Can anybody ask, and is there anybody ready to listen: "Has an undemanding citizen any right In this independent country or not?"

After great agitations, Jharkhand and many other states have been created. Where are these states on the poverty index? Any better than what they were in the past?

No leader talks about real education of the masses - because it may be difficult to fool an educated mass of people. Let education, health, employment, roads, rails, housing, electricity, etc. be the core priorities of the nation. Remove corruption from leaders. Change the present system of elections where any damned criminal can find his way into the ruling class.

Unfortunately, the onus of changing the nation's fate lies on the same group of people who are responsible for, and are the largest beneficiary of, the mess that is India.

Reservation is just only one of the morbid symptoms of the deseased India.
