1. it was more rider error, than tyre selection. on a green track (recently resurfaced) the experienced riders, rossi, capirossi, were there, wet weather/ slippy surface, riders, vermuellen, west, were there. it seems casey was as green as the track....<^><..

  2. Rider error.2nd time in a row.

  3. I never NEVER do this, but when a God like figure like Julian Ryder say's it in better words then your self, its just as good to paste.

From the great man himself via Soup "

The timing sheets say that the race was won when Casey Stoner slid off on lap seven and Rossi cruised to a fifteen-second win.

Stoner had taken advantage of Rossi tangling with John Hopkins in the first corner to take a second out of the field on the first lap.

His pit board subsequently showed his lead hovering around 1.2 seconds before Rossi took a third of a second off him on lap six.

Stoner would have seen +1 on his pit board two corners before he crashed. These two facts are most likely related. "

Cant really say much more then that.

Rossi is in Max's ..... err.... sorry I meant Sete's ........ err.... sorry I meant Caseys head now.

  4. you spell tire T-I-R-E

  5. Persistence always pays and from a true champ like Rossi ;"Stoners brain" is a marshmallow at the moment and ,by the end of the season it will be a toasted marshmallow.

Rossi's eating away in Stoners brain and Stoner has got to learn to stay calm and not get himself into a kerfuffle.

No doubt Stoners got the wheels underneath him and the latest news from Australia is that they are gonna fit stabilizer wheels to the Duke and a baby bottle instead of a catch bottle on the bike.

To win, first you must finish!

  6. carr,

    tyre - British spelling

    tire - Amerikan spelling

  7. hopefully it was rider error as the pressure is getting to his head now....... yey

  8. I'm not sure whether 'rider error' was to blame -

Casey makes very few of those -

I still reckon that nerves was a major issue -

Combined with his comments after Laguna and seeing

the pit board as detailed by Mr Wiggysan - Casey's

    head was shot -

He complained during practise on Friday of stomach

cramps - but he ment butterflies - This time around

the pressure was on Stoner, but it was one that

he just couldn't cope with -
