It was too lenient.  As well as dishonourable discharge, the maximum prison sentence ought to have been imposed.

Of course it was right for him to be discharged.....what he did was terrible....he set a very poor example for our younger folks out there.....

Yes! I am A prior service combat veteran.Those guy's need serious PTSD therapy.That can manifest into throwing people over cliffs fast!PTSD is (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)Plus who doesn't like puppies?

I think this Marines life should be destroyed and he should never get a job to support his family for killing a dog.He should spend at least 25 years in prison. Thank You.
