Was it right to send Bopara in at number seven?

I'd like to see both he and Morgan bat ahead of Collingwood

Given the position England were in they perhaps could have afforded to push Bopara and/or Morgan up the batting order, but after a couple of quick wickets maybe they were looking for Collingwood to shore things up again.
