Was it tough for Joshua (of the Bible) to trust God completely?

Question

Of course it was tough, he was told to march around a heavily fortified city and do nothing. While men continued eating, growing older, he did nothing but walk around this city (Jericho) in obedience to God. Why was he able to withstand the test of faith? He was anointed to. The next leader of America needs to have the anointing of God. Without it, there intellect, experience, strengths, will ultimately fail to lead our nation where it needs to go. The anointing is what will break the bondage's of sin and reproach, it is what will summon God's presence back to guard the gates of our nation, and set his angels to protect us.

"Unless the Lord watches the gates, the laborers labor in vain."

See now a plot can be hatched against our nation, but God is able to reveal it, as he used Mordecai to reveal the plot against the Kings life; may it be so again in the USA, may he restore and bless us, and may we consider our way before him and return to Christ! I believe God will restore us....any rebuttals?

Even if there was a god, why would he protect america over any other country?

Wasn't america founded to get away from religious fundamentalism?

Try common sense & not invading any foreign country without legal reason or proof before calling on an invisible sky being.

Easy to point the finger at presidents and other leaders, but what about you?...if 5 righteous people could be found God's presence could guard the gates of our nation.

Vot doesn't think Joshua would find the comparison of his great acts of faith to modern-day American leaders to be flattering in any way, do you?

I think it was not hard for him at all. Consider at his advanced age what he took on.

God CAN restore, but according to the words of prophecy, this will apparently not be happening.
