  1. if he was here illegally then he was breaking our laws. I am glad they checked him out and I am glad they shipped him out of my country.

  2. its not right my husband was in new york woring and all and when there were going to bed they went to the hotel and got some of the guys... trust me its put me in a hard spot now with 2 jobs and all he was trying to do was help out more and give me more... and now its h3ll getting my husband back here.. and the immigration officers were mean and didnt know my husband knew english at first and asked if there was a room in the jail for "two dogs" so yah its not right... :(

  3. I'm sorry, if Juanito is being deported then he did break the law.  It's against the law to enter and live in the United States without a visa.

Don't worry about Juanito.  He'll be back.  Guys like that always come back.

I'm happy to hear your father is fine.  Good luck.

  4. It you live a very crime filled neighborhood, the police can stop anybody they want  and when they do they ask for ID. It would seem lack of true documents is the case here. The rest is here-say

  5. Wow,,,nobody knows what racism is anymore.

Though people often do or say things that are insensitive, that does not make it RACIST,it makes it INSENSITIVE.

Is it right. No,it most certainly is not.But I question anyone that says they weren't doing "anything" and the cops just harrassed us for no reason. There is no reason to be rude, but being rude isn't a crime ,nor is it racist.

While what the officer said could certainly be concidered insensitive,it can in no way be perceived as racist.

    Give Juanito my best.

  6. What did uncle illegal expect? Maybe an invitation to the Police ball? Illegals are being deported as never before and it will continue.

  7. A bad neighborhood creates the kind of questioning the police have to do. If you lived a decent neighborhood,  I could understand your point of view. However, the police have to enforce their presence this way and when they come across something illegal, they have to enforce it. I think it was rude for them to make any kind of sarcastic comment and I would urge you to report how you felt to the department. But the questioning works to instill a sense that the police are patrolling and that crime will be watched. It should work to make you feel safe knowing the police do this questioning in a bad neighborhood.

  8. No,it wasn't wrong.

  9. even though im against illegal immigration, i am saying yes that was wrong, that is racism.

    was his friend illegal?

if not then they have a big lawsuit on their hands.

  10. they damned well SHOULD deport all the illegal mexicans!!!!

  11. Police like to take advantage of lower income people know your rights police are not your friends it doesn't matter if you are an upstanding citizen they are trained to look at any person suspiciously legal or illegal they cant pull anyone off the street for no reason you are not required to show id when stopped on the street they are also aloud to lie to get you to talk.
