So last Wednesday i went shopping on wal-mart. i happened to have had an involuntary erection, and since i was wearing sweatpants u could clearly see it. So i am approached by a security guy that asks me to leave. I ask him what i have done and he tells me I am causing distress to other shoppers. So i just left. Can i sue them?

  1. Wal-Mart isn't a private company, it's public but that has nothing to do with it.  You can certainly try to sue, a lawyer would come up with some reason I'm sure.  However, you would be ill-advised to go up against the largest company in the world.  Unless you're made of money that is.

  2. Well, no, but i think the security guard was just trying to help you in a way.

  3. well, can you?

  4. it's only Walmarts.....

  5. getting kicked out of walmart-

    that's harsh.

no, you cannot sue them for removing you from their property.

  6. no.

wal-mart  reserves the right to remove anyone it wants from its property, for basically any reason.

you would have to prove that they removed you based on race or s*x in order to have a case against them.

  7. Litigation is the sport of kings.

You can sue whomever you want.

But remember its a basket of snakes.

    Sometimes the snakes are poisonous.

Get over yourself and move on.
