Was my package tampered with?

I recently ordered some computer software from Best buy and I had it shipped to me by mail. When I received the package the tape seemed like it was sealed again (being that part of it was peeling) the box was ripped horribly and the software's plastic seal was broken. What should I do in a case like this?

Yes return it, this is common with best buy on-line purchases just google best buy and you will find that this happens alot.....

take it to the nearest best buy store and if you're concerned tell them to replace it also bring the receipt if it came with one. If there is not one near you send it back to the shipping address  in same package if possible with a letter of your concerns and asking to send a new one
