So I got 5 hours of sleep yesterday night..and last night i got 6.5 hours. plus ive had practice 3 hours everyday. ive just been so exhausted. so i tried running today after school, and i could only do 1.1 miles straight. i was dying. and then i tried elliptical and could only do .3 of a mile.

it sucked.

so i came home, and tried on my treadmill and i ran one more mile. then i stopped for about 10 minutes because i was so tired and sore. then i ran one more mile.

and i ate dinner..then tried to run more..and i could only do .3 of a mile.

so basically around 3.5 miles ran today..but it wasnt consistent/at the same time. i wanted to do 4 miles straight, because i can do that. but for some reason i could not today.

so i was wondering if my workout was even good and if it did anything for me at all.

did it improve me and tone me up more even though it was seperated?

thanks

im 116, 5'5'', and 17 years old if that helps anything

thanks

  1. your workout was effective

    buut

you sound like you're just pushing yourself too hard,

if you have 3 hours of practice everyday for a sport, then try to run 4 miles a day.

it may be a little hard on your body,

i'm not doubting you're healthy and all.

but you shouldn't strain your body like that.

when it says you can't run,

    listen to it,

give your body a break for a couple days.
