Was obama asked what his view on marrage was in last nights debate?

and if he was what was his answer.

i know they asked mccain but im not sure if they are given the same questions

Obama was asked.  He said he believed marriage is between a man and a woman.

Obama would not answer if he was still g*y.

According to today's LA Times, Obama said that he was of the belief that marriage is  between a man and a woman and it should be religiously consecrated.  He also said he was not in favor of the proposition to withdraw g*y marriage that is on the California ballot.

But then again, in America there are two types of people - ultra-conservatives and conservatives.

he said that it was between a man and a woman but he is secure enough in his beliefs that a civil union between two homosexuals does not threaten him and that they should be allowed to have them.
