it can be fake or real. there is no outside info expect for wwe.com and orton is a celeb is his home town and no new on it and no police report. maybe h**l come back at summerslam. we will have to wait and find out

rko said in an interview that he was fully recovered and cud b making a appearences @ summerslam then the next day wwe posted this story...missouri highway patrol has no record of an accident involving anyone with the last name orton plus no local hospital has any record of this...i think wwe is trying to cover up after what he said in the interview but we wont no till summerslam...hopefully im right and hes comin back

I was wondering the same thing. My first thought was that his rehab was going a lot slower than expected, so they created something to allow him extra time to recover. I guess that isn't the case, though. It sucks. I like Orton.
