It doesn't say that she is, but I've been wondering this too. One of the rhythmic gymnasts (it's in the deleted scenes) looked a lot like her. Considering where she was in gymnastics at the time that this movie was filmed, maybe she was just an extra? *shrugs*

Other than that speculation, no, she's not in the movie. Many of those gymnasts at the national competition are actual gymnasts though.

No she wasn't in it. A lot of other gymnasts like Nastia and Carly Patterson made appearances in the movie though.
