Was she coming on to my husband?

My husband and I went out to dinner. Im 5 months pregnant. We ran into this woman and her husband that he has known for a while. She tells him that her husband was leaving for duty for a year and asked him for his phone # so he can go over and work on her house while her husband was gone. My husband didnt say anything. I told her no , and that he would be busy with his new baby. She had no respect for her husband or me. She said this infront of us both. Was she coming on to my husband?

It was okay to be jealous, but in a marriage trust is the foundation. Talk to your husband and see how he feels about it. He most likely won't do it if it bothers you. And the situation will be like water off your back.

Maybe not coming on to him, but in the least she was out of line in expecting your husband to do her honey-do chores.  The nerve of some people is amazing.  I'd keep a huge distance from this chickie.

Im a 27 year old divorced single mother of a 4 year old boy. And i would be really offended by that. That seemed like an open invitation to have s*x with her while her husband is out of town...In actuality you don't invite any men over while your husband is out of town. If you did there has to be an intention of sexual conduct there. She was being blunt and open to act as if she is not hiding anything in front of anyone / a ploy to seem like this is innocent.  I would be wondering if this has happened before.

Maybe she thought your husband could use some extra work & cash with the new baby coming?  I don't know.  I wouldn't have cared if my husband took the number.  I would've taken it myself.  I can paint & set tile :-)
