Was that Heath Ledger at the end of The Dark Knight?

At the end of the movie when The Joker was hung upside down after Batman saved him, was that Heath, it didn't sound like him.

Im pretty sure it was. you wouldnt sound like urself either if u were hung upside down...

Oh it was him, Heath Ledger didn't die until long after The Dark Knight wrapped filming; he was already working on another movie.
