Apparently he used to be a woman but then got a gender reassignment surgery and kept his female organs. He agreed to carry the baby because his wife got a hysterectamy years ago. He is due in july!

Not sure what you're talking about, but yes.  It's physically impossible for a male to be truly pregnant.

The closest thing to a male being pregnant would be if the man had a parasitic twin living inside him.  The twin is not actually human anymore though, because it is lacking the needed neurological system and various organs.  This is very rare, but has been known to happen.
