  1. There were 3 guests by phone, it was President George W Bush (43), he was after Clinton,  Former President George Herbert Walker Bush (41)-he was before Clinton and Jeb Bush former Gov of FL


  2. Yes it was the president, George W. Bush. I happened to have been listening at the time and it sounded genuine. I have heard several Bush impersonations before, so I can easily identify if it was an impersonator. Rush seemed very flustered and surprised as he was interrupted by the program director and he didn't know what to say to Bush. I also heard the president’s father and brother.
