  1. i guess

  2. there is actually an inquest of her death taking place right now.

  3. a.) According to public reports, yes; all possibilities were investigated. Only a few people will ever know how thorough the investigation was or what they learned.

b.) Yes, she did understand that. She married Prince Charles because he was the "one person" that couldn't divorce her.  So what did he do? Waited until she had provided the requisite two male heirs and resumed his relationship with his mistress. *He* divorced Diana, not the other way around.

  4. whoooooo cares. shes dead....face it.

  5. Although the initial French investigation found Diana had died as a result of an accident, Mohammed Fayed and the Daily Express have persistently raised conspiracy theories that she was assassinated. This led in 2004 to the establishment of a special Metropolitan Police inquiry team, Operation Paget, headed by the then Commissioner Lord Stevens to investigate the conspiracy theories. An inquest headed by Lord Justice Scott Baker into the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed began at the Royal Courts of Justice, London on 2 October 2007 and is a continuation of the original inquest that began in 2004. The verdict will be decided by a jury.

Note: Both Prince Charles and Diana agreed to separate, however, after 4 years of separation it was the Queen who actually asked Prince Charles and Diana to an "early divorce."
