In biblical tales, Moses brought it out of Egypt with him. He was educated at the pharaoh's court, Where would they have kept such an item of power originally?

Was it already serving a purpose when it was removed?

Radioactive sand was found inside the great pyramid - could this be a clue?

  1. It's highly doubtful, since the Ark of the Covenant wasn't constructed until they were well out of Egypt, and Egypt was pretty well opposed to anything Moses might say.

    Not to mention, the pyramids were completed in Moses' time by most reckoning, likely sealed with a dead body inside. They were royal burial chambers, not a research lab or temple.

  2. It is not at all unusual to find NORM(*) in any masonry building.

    * (naturally occurring radioactive materials)

  3. Well, the supposed time of Moses  (c 1300 BCE) and the Arc was almost 2 thousand years after the great pyramid was constructed...so wrong on historical timeline.  And in Biblical tales, the Arc was constructed long after the Exodus, so wrong on your Bible knowledge also.

    However, Moses was a completely fictional character, there was no such person.  His myth is copied from Assyrian, and influenced by Egyptian mythology.  And, the Arc itself probably never existed either, but if it did...it was just some scraps of dusty relics, and it wasn't a source of "power" from the mythical J_W_H

    Don't believe everything you read in somebody's "holy" book.
