What do you mean by conspiracy.

Theres compelling evidence, in cached government databases, sport ministries, even speeches by leading officials, that indicate underage gymnast's. At least 3 of them were underage, and well use google to find the sources, it's been mentioned on so many respectable news agencies, from Ny times, to sydney morning herald (australia's leading newspaper)

Underage gymnasts have lower body fat (less/no breast development), more flexible hips (hips yet to expand in preparation of child birth), greater overall flexibility, higher strength: weight ratio's so yes, its like steroid's, except the risk of punishment is VERY low, (it has only ever been punished ONCE in history)
