Was the Bigfoot encased in a block of ice really a gorilla suit?

According to the news, the body of the bigfoot that two men supposedly found and encased it in a block of ice, turned out to be gorilla suit? What I don't get is why the two men would go to all the trouble of just encasing a gorilla suit in a block of ice and show it to the world? Imagine in all the trouble they would get, they would get sued, be publicly humiliated in front of millions of people, and possibly even go to jail for presenting false evidence. I don't think that even the craziest of people would do that. What if the evidence turned out to be real, but the government decided to just make up the story of the rubber suit so people would not be shocked by such a great discovery. What do you think?

People are Sooooo Stupid.   I didn't see that it was encased in ice....I saw it in a "Cooler" that they took from the South to Menlo Park, CA to do their big new conference....Tonight...it says...it was a rubber suit.......did I miss anything?
