  1. The British look at them as terrorist and even put out a reward for the people involved. Just like today if "we the people" wanted to throw containers from China off boats because Republican gave our industrial might away in the name of profit it would be a act of terrorisms.  


  2. The US won the revolutionary war therefore it was an act of patriotism. If England had won it would have been a terrorist act!

    The participants were British subjects, so it was an act of rebellion.  However, since the civilian population was not targeted, it falls far short of terrorism.
