Was the Hiroshima bombings necessary? why??

i have a huge project for the Hiroshima bombings and i came up with some questions to put in my speech.but now i need the answers!

yes, it is definitely necessary. japanese are a patriotic bunch. they are even willing to do kamikaze (suicide bombing) for their country. they trusted their government alot. after the bombing and hundreds of thousands of death, the government have to surrender or they'll lose the support and trust of their people. without the bombings, the surrender will never arrive. hiroshima bombing also taught the russians not to mess with the americans.

Its simple. To end the war. But at cost of many innocent life. Actually if the world war never happen at the 1st place, all of this would never happen.
