  1. no.baby bonus is for buying big lcd or plasma tv for the baby.so they dont have to go to the cinema to watch a movies.and so we can watch a good movies out without a crying babies inside the cinema.

  2. What a smart question!

    Defenitely.

The Germans have such inducements for that particular purpose and so are the Australians.

To add a little more to that, one needs to Realise that Australia is bigger then Europe and has less then 20 millions while Europe has more then 500 million people living there!

So Australia can be populated. with hopefully for them more Australians and maybe less immigrants!

  3. No. it was actually introduced as a payment for first time parents to help pay for necessities for the baby. However, peoples on lower incomes have squandered their baby bonus on items such as plasma screen TVs, PS2, X-boxes and so on and NOT what it was originally intended for!

  4. hmmmm....maybe.....

I believe it was to encourage people to have more children in what is still a flailing birth rate.....
