Would have been a future P4P on my list. Died in his prime, but gave us four great fights against three P4P boxers, and won all by KO! His record and skills in the ring tells the rest enough said!

The first time I saw Sllvador rest his soul he was fighting Azuma Nelson I remember getting carried away in the violence I knew I was seeing something special and Azuma was fighting his *** off but Salvador had and answer for everything Azuma had. And the fight with Wilfredo Gomez who is one of my favourite fighters of all time Salvador took him apart  I was in shock and I think I still am Salvador is a legend

Salvador Sanchez 44-1-1 was a great fighter and a great champion although he lost his life at such a young age.  He had great ring skills and boxing ability to go with a great determination to win and an iron chin.  He also was about the most poised fighter I've ever seen as nothing seemed to bother him as he kept the same stoic expression on his face during his fights.  I remember him beating the heavy favorite and hard punching Danny "Little Red" Lopez by knockout and his great fight with Wilfredo Gomez who was a feared knockout artist.  Sanchez completely dismantled him before knocking him out in the 8th round.  And in his last fight he beat the highly skilled Azumah Nelson by 15th round knockout.  He was in line I believe for a superfight against Alexis Arguello.  Savador Sanchez to me will always be a legend!

No doubt about it. He is my favorite fighter of all-time. He basically lined up the toughest fighters and whipped them one after another.
