  1. Circumcision of the heart is to allow YHVH to write His Torah "law" upon one's heart.

    Jer 31:33  "But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days," declares the LORD, "I will put My law within them, and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

    Heb 10:16  This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

    Heb 10:17  And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

    Deu 10:16  "Circumcise then your heart, and stiffen your neck no more.

    The people who reject the commandments refusing to listen to His Torah are a "stiff necked people".

    Neh 9:29  And admonished them in order to turn them back to Thy law. Yet they acted arrogantly and did not listen to Thy commandments but sinned against Thine ordinances, By which if a man observes them he shall live. And they turned a stubborn shoulder and stiffened their neck, and would not listen.

    2 Ki 17:13  Yet the LORD warned Israel and Judah, through all His prophets and every seer, saying, "Turn from your evil ways and keep My commandments, My statutes according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you through My servants the prophets."

    2 Ki 17:14  However, they did not listen, but stiffened their neck like their fathers, who did not believe in the LORD their God.

    2 Ki 17:15  And they rejected His statutes and His covenant which He made with their fathers, and His warnings with which He warned them. And they followed vanity and became vain, and went after the nations which surrounded them, concerning which the LORD had commanded them not to do like them.

    2 Ki 17:16  And they forsook all the commandments of the LORD their God and made for themselves molten images, even two calves, and made an Asherah and worshiped all the host of heaven and served Baal.

    Ezek 44:9  Thus saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel.

  2. I am not sure how your main or first question fits with the second question.  Please be more clear on what you are asking please.  Thanks.

    A covenant with God and circumcision of the heart are not really the same thing.  So I really don't understand what you are asking.

    ‘Circumcision of the heart’ means getting rid of anything in one’s thinking, affections, or motives that is displeasing and unclean in God’s eyes and that makes the heart unresponsive.

  3. No, the true covenant was not of the heart. This "Message" was changed by a man as the religion progressed. Man creates his own rules and regulations based on what the powerful want. There is no god involved in any of these concepts.

  4. Yes, by the atonement of Christ - "For in Him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.  And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with Him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised Him from the dead."  God bless!!!
