  1. Well, Dubya SAYS so, so it MUST be, or so he says in his executive orders. As for the Constitution, it says ONLY CONGRESS can declare war, and I have yet to see anything Congress has done to declare war and since this issue has not gone before the Supreme Court, the point is moot until it DOES and the Supreme Court makes a determination. Until then, Dubya's executive orders carry the weight of law. I do not know if you can stretch things to include oil and Israel. Terrorist America? You'll have to show proof to back up those claims. 3. No it was not/ is not legal. It was started on the premise of 'weapons of mass deception' correct as it turned out.

But hey, america started it so its all OK. Along with the collateral damage, friendly fire and god knows what else the usless tw*ts are up to.

  4. No, it wasn't legal.

The US is technically still a rogue state for breaking that rule and for breaches of the Geneva Convention against torture.

And Bush is a war criminal that should be tried for crimes against humanity.

  5. International law is pretty meaningless.
