Was there a 'red moon' or an 'umbral eclipse' last night?

No, but there was three days ago, on the 16th. The eclipse was partial.

There was a red Moon Last night. 8/20/2008. I sat and watched it a few minutes wondering why it was Dark Red and Very Dim. Usually the reflection from the sun results in a bright moon, however this was not the case last night.
