    Sins of the father and redemption seem to be the main "religious" ideas behind Star Wars

    Buddhism- Jedi Knights are like Vajrayana Buddhists fight the wars of justice in spiritual realms, and be merge with the truth, Self and Buddha Nature. In the end, Buddhism and Taoism merge, the truth is one Truth.
