  1. i think no lah

  2. I would think that Fayed had his son insured for millions so although he complains he probably did very well out of the accident. I doubt that anything was paid out on Diana Spencer though.

  3. Would have been surprised is there hadn't of been.  Not our business really.

  4. well  i it did not turn the way it was supposed to be  i tink  it was in the abortion the laps from the tunnel to the hospital is  10 min et it took 90 minutes to the ambulance transportation

they said  when she died she wasn t preagren  it is true  but not when the car hit their limo .......... it is to see

  5. Lets face it, neither of their families need the cash !!!.

Most people outside Britain believe they were murdered

    anyway.

From a legal point of view I would imagine that first of all it must be generally accepted that it really was an accident and not M.I.5/6 at work again. Since the belief that they were murdered keeps bubbling up into the limelight every now and then no insurance company would pay out such a sum without concrete evidence one way or another.

  6. Looks like, so far, no one really knows, but I assume to drive in France you have to have car insurance and regardless how much money one has or doesn't have, at least a claim on the loss of vehicle would have been filed.

In the U.S. you can file an "uninsured" motorist claim that covers injuries to people.   On most policies, that's going to be 100k or more in U.S. dollars.  I assume with the lawyers and staff he had, if he were able to file such a claim, he was advised to do that.

Frankly, he may not have all the ready cash at his fingertips that everyone thinks he has.  Simply a guess on my part.  He may own Harrod's, but it may be that the bank owns more of it than he does.

  7. Dodi Al-Fayed's family are billionaires, so they wouldn't need the money; likewise, the Spencer family are also quite wealthy, and likely didn't seek such publicity for that reason.

As for the others, the Al-Fayed family apparently covered the medical expenses for the survivor, Trevor Rees-Jones (who'd been Dodi's bodyguard). Henri Paul, the driver, would likely have been considered an at-fault driver and thus his heirs would have difficulty collecting anything.
