Yes. In a major fiasco on Wednesday (March 19), a major fire broke out at a leather factory in the heart of the Kolkata city, however, no casualties were reported. Over 20 fire tenders were called in to fight the fire, which threatened to engulf the leather factory at Radhanath Chowdhury Road in Tangra, an industrial estate that has several manufacturing units. Ironically, this is the third major fire in just under 3 months.
