... and if it was true, what would that mean/change....? I haven´t seen a lot of women advertising the fact they had an abortion; it´s not exactly something you´re proud of or feel good about. So why would we expect a celeb / Royal to make something as private as this public?

Unlikely, the only royal female of childbearing age at the time was HRH Princess Anne and she got married in 1973.
