Was there ever a A rated game?

I always wondered did they aver made a adult rated game.I always saw Everyone to Mature,but never adult.

i saw on esrb, GTA san andreas, but never saw A rated in real life.

Yea there had been a few. No console will play them though. Only PC's. There have been a few console games that got AO ratings but they were edited to fit the standards of the M rating. Just look it up on wikipedia and there is a list of them.
