  1. this has nothing to do with your question but i thought galway was the largest county in ireland.


  2. Ok I have lived in Cork for 12 years in a town called Midleton. Yes I have heard of Carn Kead. It is on the Douglas South Road just outside the city.

I am a Corkonian and I have never heard of it but that's just me if you could be more specific, As you know Cork is not a village it is the second largest City in Ireland and in the last twenty years it has spread like wildfire in all directions, and Place names have changed. and Linehan is a common enough name in Cork.

    Sorry I can't be of any help.

    PS It's also the largest County in Ireland.
