Brian Westbrook

Willis Mcgahee

Terrell Owens

Calvin Johnson

Kellen Winslow

Colts

Mason Crosby

Bench

Chester Taylor

Earnest Grahm

Bernard Berrian

Patrick Crayton

Jake Delhomme

Ray Rice

Kenny watson

I am trading Willis Mcgahee, crayton, Ray rice and Jake Delhomme for

Rudi Johnson, Jerricho Cotchery, Brett Favre, and David Garrard

I know mcgahee is a deal breaker but Im not convince he will have a similar season, he is already starting to wear down. Please Help me decide if this was a bad trade

  1. sounds pretty good to me favre could have another season like last year and jake delhomme never really does that amazing

  2. I would not even think of making this trade as you would be hurting your team.  McGahee has the most value and should be retained as one of your starters.  Derek Anderson is an excellent QB and you gain nothing by adding Favre and Garrard.  With Glenn gone, Crayton will be the #2 receiver for Dallas and will be a good bye week fill-in.  Overall, I would definitely call this a very bad trade.

  3. We won't know until the end of the season if this was good or bad.

If you don't have a good feeling about McGahee then maybe it's better for you to go ahead and trade him. I have found that a lot of times, especially if you have been in FF for a while and have been successful, that it is good to go with a gut feeling.

In this trade McGahee is the highest rated player averaging getting drafted about 20 spots higher than Rudi. Both look to be in more of a RBBC than in years past and early reports are that Rice looks very good in camp. Rudi is seemingly a risk/reward guy but should still get the starts and give the guy the benefit of the doubt here as he could still get 1,000 and 10 TD's.

You get a bit of an upgrade on bench WR with Cotchery over Crayton.

The X factor on this trade will be Favre. I don't see him actually staying with GB this year so either a trade or re-retirement/marketing thing will be worked out. If Favre goes to MIN or NYJ then he stands a great chance to be able to produce top 10 stats for you this year. Garrard is a solid bench guy who could end up producing nicely with an offensive coordinator that wants to throw more and a RB tandem that will keep defenses boxed in.
