Was this a ghost?... how could this be explained?

Question

I was running my bath the other day. I then heard water running out of my ceiling. I turned off the taps and ran to the noise. It was in the hallway underneath the attic hatch. I assumed I had a leaking pipe. After what was like a cup of water being poured it stopped. I could not see anywhere fresh from the ceiling where it would have come from. I rang my landlord who said he would send a plummer out the next day. I had no more problems with the water or the pipes and so I rang him and said not to worry as there doesnt seem to be anymore problems. I have since run many baths, used the washing machiene and all the taps in my house and there have been no further 'leaks'. The area dried and that was that. It literally was like a glass of water eas being poured on the ground (but it hadnt I was home alone). There had been no problems with the heavy rain we had had prior to that day so it wasnt that.

What do you think it could have been?

Probably some water seeped in from the rain and settled there...then the weight of it finally forced it through. There's probably a hole there that you can't see. You should ask your landlord to have someone check it. The next time it rains you might not be so lucky. Your landlord would want this taken care of before it becomes a bigger problem. No..I don't think it's paranormal.

I think that's just a feeling..if often..then need to investigate..I do not believe in ghost..

i used to hear this all the time in in the apartment i used to live in a few yrs ago, especially late at night. turned out it was the people who lived above me. the walls / floors were really thin & with the water pipes running between floors, we could hear them quite a few times. that building was right next to a cemetery though.... if those were not the neighbors...... i really dont want to know!

my theory on ghost is that they maybe  be dead people that have transfer to a parallel dimension in which they are trying to communicate with us  but we treat it as unexplainable event  for example the case that happened to you about the water, could also be a message of a new life i am going to give you an advice  what figure out  is that the water has a significance in which consist of a new life ex: when your baptizing some one, the first thing they do to the child is pour some water so he could enter well into the new life. also find out if  there was a case were water was involve ex: drowning, find out historical facts that could lead you to answer to see why ghost my try to communicate with you

one last thing  according to Tibet's book of dead if  if the soul doesn't fully understand who she/ he  is the soul will be wandering around and the one who understand who they are maybe living at other dimensions in which they don't coexist with are dimension
