  1. It appears that the police officer was overly aggressive in the situation. I dont think the photographer did anything wrong, he was even getting ready to leave.

  5. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! I would understand if it was a different situation and he was a paparazzi!!! But.....he is just a news reporter taping footage!!!

    This cop should definately be punished!! I'm surprised this is the first time I've seen this!
