  1. for lunch, i would definately consume more calories. eat a sandwich made of whole wheat bread in addition to the banana and yogurt. and for dinner, eat something more healthy than hot dogs. hot dogs are very bad for you.since you are running, consume plenty of complex carbs like oatmeal, brown rice and whole grain products.

  2. Breakfast should have at least one good protein and one whole grain..You have whole grain (oatmeal)

    No quality protein

    Lunch is acceptable

For dinner you need whole grain, good protein

You are eating too few calories

  3. You need to eat more!

    Eat some meat at lunch!

It wont kill you seens you run two miles!

  4. hey! cool! we're the same height, weight and age. Anyways I'm trying to lose weight too. I think that maybe you should be eating a bit more because if you eat too little your body is going to go into starvation mode and you're going to gain even MORE weight. So anyways, maybe you could try what I'm doing (i'm not quite sure if it's going to work but I think it's a good start, you could tweak it for your needs and such)

    anyway here it is:

    good luck!

  5. thats definitely not enough. you should be having probably closer to 1000 calories. and if you dont want to gain weight, thats fine because your biggest meal should be breakfast so you have plenty of energy for the day.

  6. Hmm.......130+90+100=320 Calories plus running at 2miles and playing tennis at your weight and height you burned about 600 calories. Just sitting around you burn about 800 calories a day. Sleeping you burn 66 calories an hour. So today you at least burnt 1400 without counting how many hours you slept, you actually lost weight. Depriving yourself of nutrients in food will make your body trained to hold on to every morsel that you do get, it slows your metabolism down and can cause stress on your vital organs!

There is 3500 calories in a pound. You didn't get enough protein you didn't get enough vegtables all you ate was carbs which if you had ate enough of those you would gain weight but you didn't even eat enough of those.
