Was this on Apollo 13 that this happened?

Well I remember I watched a movie i think it was Apollo 13, and some guy flew out of the window? Or something? I can't remember its a blur to me.

No one died on Apollo 13, they all returned back alive.  Tom Hanks has a dream sequence where he flies out of the capsule but that's it.

No... nobody flew out of any windows on Apollo 13.

Actually when i think his name is tom is sitting there with his kid and his kid asks him if the shuttle will blow up like the last one he has thoughts and if i remember right the hatch on the door did break and someone did get pulled out the door but im not 100% on that

Good memory! Although nothing like that happened on the mission, In the film (and incidentally in real like as well) the wife of one of the astronauts (Marilyn, Jim Lovell's wife played by Tom Hanks) had a dream before the mission where the spaceship suffered from an explosion which cause the cabin to depressurize and suck the astronauts out into space.

Remember, it was just a dream though!
