Was this paranormal??? im not sure

Hmmm...a paranormal experience. It's hard to say for sure since I've never seen any actual ghosts. However, I've had some incidents where things occurred with no explanation. For starters, in my attic, I've videotaped what I presume to be orbs and on more than one occasion, the battery power died. But, when I left the attic, the battery power would come back to where it was. Then, there were times the camera light would go out at certain places, especially eerie places at night. And, let's not forget the perfume I've smelled late at night when no one in my house wears any. So, to answer this topix's question...have I ever had a paranormal experience?...I guess the answer would be "possibly". But, I can't say for sure unless someone can give me a logical explanation for the things I've mentioned...or tell me that these things are something paranormal.

i agree with most of them i think that you should set up a recorder or something make sure it is fully charged leave the house and then go check it

It follows you wherever you go, and it makes you do evil things that you don't remember doing...........lol.

Sure sounds like it. Time to take the recorder or an EMF detector to your attic.

wierd sounds pretty paranormal to me the perfume thing is pretty wierd as well keep on videotaping to see if you can get anymore evidence or hints as to whats going.

I would agree with the above.  Set up a recorder in the attic and leave your home for say thirty minutes. Then come back and see if there is anything on it.  Did this in a house before.  Wow, the evp we got was amazing!

I kinda had a similar experience. My son bought a house a couple of years ag, their first home. Nice brick house, built in 1932...right next door to the funeral home. In fact, the same people owned the home he bought. Their large front room was used for receptions.

Anyway...we were in the attic, checking the wiring to the garage. I was taking pictures, and there was one spot I could not get in focus. Just so happened it was above that large front room. Tried manual focus...no good. Stuck my hand in front of the AF assist lamp; it was working. Everywhere else, fine. But when I'd point to that one spot, I could not get a focus lock. I think the lamp was seeing dead people.

Attics are notorious for orbs, but these are not usually real orbs and if they are, it's hard to prove. Attics generally have a great deal of insulation blowing around in them which can appear similar to orbs when photographed. Generally it is said if a spirit drains your battery to gain energy, then the battery is dead until recharged. You may just have a camera problem. Smells such as perfume, can linger for many years because they are absorbed into materials such as wood. Even the slightest heating can release these smells. What you describe sounds typical of a paranormal experience. However in most such cases, the things you described are usually followed by cold spots when there is genuine activity. There is not enough evidence here to suggest paranormal activity. All things must be ruled out and we just can't do that here.
