Was this really a dream?

or some kind of vision? I was really realistic since it was in my own room, in my own bed, in the normal time. Everything would have been perfectly normal, except one: some kind of gostly head was floating towards me and screamed something that looked like: "Appri de lappartama!" (absolute nonsense) and then just vanished striking towards me... And I had such a fear when it happened... I can still hear the echoed voice screaming! And I have managed to see this other times, but less powerful (I could swear I was woke up when I saw it).

Does the following information connect, I don't know, but it sure was interesting to see:

Appri = Learn in French

Lappartama = There is such a thing as a laparotome, it's a surgical instrument used during surgeries on the colon.

There does seem to be a phrase "Appri de lapartotomia" which is actually able to be located on google, and under translation is Polish. But what it means in Polish, I couldn't figure out.

Freaky that your floating-head may not be speaking gibberish at all.

Dreaming of decapitation means that you feel like you are out of control, since normally the mind would govern the body, but in cases of decapitation this connection is destroyed.  This dream is also significant of the fact that you may be allowing your bodily desires to overcome you.

Usually people who dream frequently of decapitation have very anxious personalities and feel as though they are always under some sort of stress (hence the screaming 'gibberish').

If this was the Twilight Zone I'd say that you had a Polish decapitated ghost in your home. But this isn't the Twilight Zone. If you live in a home in Poland, or you live in a district where there were a lot of Polish immigrants at one time, or your previous house owner was Polish - well then, maybe you've got a shot. Any Polish antiques around to host a spirit?
