Was this really bad heartburn?

Last night I had a pain in my chest, back and in my right arm. I really got pretty scared thinking this was a heart attack but the pain went away after 30 minutes. I am a 25 year old woman who has been pretty healthy. My mother did have a heart attack when she was 48 which is pretty young. What do guys think? Do you think it is a case of bad heartburn? I am not sure because I have never had bad indegestion.

Heart attacks affect your left arm.

Probably gas or a pulled muscle or pinched nerve.

See your family doctor to make sure that you are healthy with normal cholesterol, blood sugar etc.
