Was this stupid to do?

Ok, so this company that made the guitar pick wristband probably made some serious money. I just sent an idea for a product to them on their YouTube channel(not telling you, already screwed up enough...sry.)

I just realized I could've patented it myself......and made $$$.

Was telling them stupid....and, if anyone knows how, is it possible to delete a message BEFORE it is read....I don't wanna regret telling my idea to them when I could've marketed it myself.

Just gofor it and market it yourself.

Chances are they might not even read it.

make sure you have the proof of sharing the invention such as: time, date, the ad you responded to etc the basics and do it urself keep those documents for your records

You can't delete a message you already sent....but hey...lets patent an idea on that one cause there have been times i have sent off some really stupid **** that i shouldn't have and wished like h**l i could take it back....anyways back to your thing here.....the best you could do now is make a copy of your correspondence so that you have proof that is was your idea to begin with and then HURRY up and start the patentend yourself.
