  1. If it was a 6 inch sub, you probably should have eaten the whole thing. If it was a foot long, you ate just fine, or could have had the rest if you wanted it. Definitely not too much food. :)

  2. No i think you didnt. Plus Subway foods are very healthy. Dont worry.

  3. No , most times i eat the WHOLE Thing at once .. why do you think it's to much ? I think it's less then normal

  4. That is not at all too much to eat! I applaud you for sticking to you diet because I know how hard it is!

  5. Not really, if you didn't have lunch I'd say that wasn't enough.

  6. i try to stay from 500-650 calories lunch and dinner when dieting. LOL  it will not affect your wait if it only happened one time.  you have to treat yourself at some point.  just try to keep it from 500 - 650 per lunch and dinner.  and for breakfast,  fat free (or lowfat) yogart with some gronola or something will do.   and you have to exersize DUH!  it all adds up to about 1500 calories a day ( with a few snacks a day)  which is wonderful to accomplish!  good job for trying and don't stress yourself out.  Happy Dieting!

by the way, if you have a Seasons 52 resteraunt near you, each meal there is in the 400 calories!!!   and they taste really good LOL.

  7. not at all...not enough in my opinion

  10. No, I don't think it's too much food.

  11. exaclty how much are you restricting! if you are on a diet you should eat 1500 calories and exercise! what you ate for dinner was not much at all! i ate about 900 calories for lunch at mcdonalds today!
