Was wondering what to do to make a small bedroom look bigger?

in this bedroom, the ceiling is slanted because of the roof, the window is quite large and its near to the ground. its like on of those windows you can sit in sortof and watch the rain fall or something lol. and the room is very small...any suggestions? thankyou!

Light Colors always make a small room look bigger. Also, don't put a lot of objects in the room. Too much stuff will make it appear smaller. Hope this helps.

when painting the walls, use white or another very light color. Something I saw at a friends place was pretty cool: paper paint in a black and white design only against one wall and the other walls in a fun color (she had it in green). I don't know whether that makes a room any bigger but just try not to stuff the room and keep it with light colors and materials.
