Washing Machine Holes!!!!

HELP! Every time I wash clothes, my light colored clothes end up with polka dots on them from the washing machine.

Even when I use bleach, the machine leaves its mischievous traces everywhere. It looks like I've been in a shoot out!

How do I bring the holey madness to an end????
