Washing dream?

Question

I dreamt that an older lady was washing my hair upside down (meaning I was standing on my head and she was washing my hair). Then after she wash my hair I sat down on the ground and she proceed to plait my hair. They were other older woman near us. Can anyone interpret this? I don't know any of these women in real life. The dream was almost like I was in the middle of a ritual.

It sounds as if you are being "groomed" for something.  Though I'm not sure why you were upside down, unless it means this situation is spiritual, which, as you know, the Kingdom of God seems upside down compared to the natural world view. Of course, we know it is really the natural world view that is upside down.

So, you are being groomed by older, more experienced women for some special role, job, or responsibility.  Can you think of any situation like that in your life?

ADDED NOTE:  As I pray and ponder your dream, I want to add more.  I think the hair represents your mind and your spirit.  Your mind is being cleansed.  In some areas, you are upside down right now (your point of view, or emotional state, or whatever).  Perhaps that is necessary for the cleansing.  At some point (or maybe already) you will be turned right side up, and your mind will be "put in order."

This is indeed a grooming process, and you are being roomed to be all that God has in mind for you.  What I have added does not conflict to my first thoughts on the matter.  Sometimes, what we suffer is part of the grooming process.
