  1. How about this? Type in the model of your machine (I used H110) then clicked on it when it came up and it gave me a manual. You can save it to your computer and there you go. Good luck, it seems you're not the only one with this problem.

Or you could try writing to the company and requesting one.

  2. There are filter screens inside the water hoses, as the water enters the washer.  Turn the water off, and unscrew the hoses, and clean the filters.  It is to protect the washer from damage.  No manual needed.  Good luck!

  3. Unfortunately the manual will not instruct on repairs.  The machine is equipped with solenoid valves that open electrically to allow it to fill with water.  Since the machine works fine when you fill it yourself; the problem must be with the valve solenoids or coils.

Prior to opening up the machine, make sure nothing has clogged where the water lines hook up to the machine.  If that is clear, have your dad unplug the machine and look inside, by removing the top or the back.  Where the water lines connect there should be two round cylinders about 1.25" x 1.5", with wires coming from them. These may need to be replaced. There is a small clip on top that holds them in place, remove the clip and the coils will slide off the post.

Or, the valve and coils will be one piece and you will need to replace the whole thing.

    Good Luck.

  4. poppyman has the right answer I believe.  However, here's a place where you can order the manual:
